Extremely rude when working with our realtor as we saw some of the email communications. You can tell a lot about a company when you see how they interact with people who are not directly their customers. In addition, Pete Mirk incorrectly changed the date that our home was sold on Zillow to pad his numbers. All around a disappointing company, I would avoid at all cost.

Flat out rude, poor communication & the owner/broker Joan Downing was the absolute worst to deal with. She wasn't assertive and didn't know how to manage her employees. The receptionist was loud, rude & extremely pushy. I will NOT deal with this company again & wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Worst experience that I have ever dealt with a real estate agent. Very unprofessional and rude. I am not writing this because Craig Minotelli couldn't sell my house or the fact his boss Joan Downing has poor customer satisfaction, I am writing this so that no one else would experience what I had to deal with. After Craig put my house on the realtors MLS, he would not return my calls or texts. When signing up with him, he gave me no option as to the length of notifications
and that if the client had to cancel they would have to notify me. When I called his boss, Joan Downing, she wasnt interested in what I had to say but was very critical of my house and pretty much told me it was "worthless".

I asked my agent to try and schedule a walk thought the house on 4/15/2013 and seller agent, Bobbie Miller, told my agent they already expected an offer so they are not showing. Today is 4/18/2013, the first day of relisting of this house again at 9:00 in the morning. My agent called to try and schedule another walk through the house. The seller’s agent told us that they already expected an offer. This is 9:00 in the morning and the second time in this month they listed the house. Are you really selling or just want to raise the price? This has disappointed me and my wife again. I was very interested in the house, but the seller agent, Bobbie Miller, managing the listing is ridiculous. I hope you don’t list this house again and expect another offer.
