The staff in here is so wonderful I want to go to no other place. Love it here and they are very well informed
I go in this place all the time. And they're usually really good. But this last time I went in they forgot something my stuff. I had to come back the next day after work. And all I asked was if I could have one of those little dog cookies that are $0.68. For having to come back in the girl looked at me like she was appalled I would ask something like that it's just a question. I'm in here all the time and you seriously can't give me a little free thing because you guys forgot my stuff and I had to drive back the next day in the rain
Pet Supplies Plus is just awesome. Great prices, super helpful and knowledgeable people, there's always someone to assist you (unlike so many other places) and they have the types of treats I will only give my cats and dog. There is a Pet Supplies Plus just down the road from me at 14 and Rochester which is so convenient. Plus they have at least three other stores so you know they aren't going anywhere!
The staff is helpful and professional. I didn't have to ask for help with big heavy bags. The young man from another check out just stepped up. Keep the good work. I've always been a big fan of PPS ,I don't go to any other pet stores !
Excellent store, especially Bloomfield location. Extraordinary selection, and more importantly, extraordinary staff. They go out of their way to help. This store location in particular is genuinely committed to adoption/forever home programs. They also have an excellent coupon/loyalty program.
