This store has a little bit of EVERYTHING... However if U see it today, U better get it, because it may not be there tomarrow !! Love this store.
I definitely will not be spending any more of my money at this HomeGoods or any for that matter.
Just love the store, many things to look fore.
Online says home goods are dog friendly store but this store say no dogs allow so I went Troy Home goods where it was welcoming dog :)
Just had a horrible experience with customer service. About a month ago i bought a set of Ralph Lauren sheets that were on sale inside the plastic case . It looked like new- never opened. Well a month later i open the pack and it is missing the flat sheet and the pillowcases. Went to return, no recepit but the credit card i have purchased it to be treated as a "scammer", liar and thief. The manager implied i switched the packaging or stole part of the set and was trying to get away with it. I obviously goy SO MAD at her assumptions that i had to throw an embarassing fit and she finally did my return. How low is the staff to do such serious acusations while i know they can verify the purchase even without a receipt. Shame on you Home Goods manager! You should be more careful when dealing with customers from the Neighborhood. This is the second time i have dealt with rudeness from the staff on these store franchises. You should verify your returns and u obviously don't. I wouldnt have bought the crappy sheets if you actually did your jobs and never had to go through embarrassement due to your own staff's incapacities!
The customer service here is horrible. I purchased a product from there a week ago and came back to get the same product (bathroom mats) to match. They didn't have any on the floor and the representative told me "oh well". I asked if they could call another store to see if they carried it and she told me, "No. Our system isn't set up to look up items and tell you where you can find them."
